Woombie Returns to ABC Kids Expo to Release New Swaddle Products

Karen Barski, CEO of KB Designs/Woombie will return to ABC Kids Expo in Louisville, KY on Sept. 23-26, for the third year running, to unveil new baby swaddle brand (booth 1147).

Trumbull, CT, September 7, 2011 — Since first exhibiting at the ABC Kids Expo in 2009, the Woombie (http://www.woombie.com) has succeeded in getting its popular swaddle in over 200 baby boutiques as well as Babies-R-Us.com, BuyBuyBaby, and Amazon.com. This year the Woombie will be booth at 1147 – twice the size as last year – showcasing current swaddling products as well as new baby products such as the Ultra Sleeper, Eco Donut, Woombie Mox Mittens, and Mo’Mo Friends.

Most excitingly, KB Designs will be unveiling its newest brand, Mod Swad. Mod Swad is an upscale, eco friendly version of the Woombie concept made out of Bamboo and Merino Wool with a fashionable knot to customize length – a signature look that creates a perfect blend of high-end fashion and design with the same benefits of the Woombie swaddle. Karen Barski, former nurse and mother of five, invented the Woombie in the middle of the night when her then newborn Bella wasn’t sleeping.
